同时对中俄释放善意？中法领导人会谈不足24小时，俄罗斯就收到法国赠予的“大礼”，美国最担心的事看来还是要发生了！

随着普京以超高的得票率赢得大选，他也于日前正式开启了自己的第5个总统任期。本周二，在克里姆林宫举行了普京的就职典礼。

二 | 俄政府官员以及各界人士，还有各国驻俄使节参加了此次典礼。

想必不少人清楚，俄罗斯选举结果揭晓后，美西方国家都不认可这一大选结果，甚至怀疑选举流程“有问题”。

而美国务院发言人也早就放出话来，要以俄罗斯大选“缺乏公平民主”为由，对外宣布不会派代表出席普京的就职典礼。接着英国也连忙的积极附和，表明不会派人赴俄出席这一重大活动。与此同时，欧盟外长博雷利也呼吁欧盟国家别派人出席普京的就职典礼，不要给俄方撑场面。    Priyanka Chopra Jonas could not contain her pride as she celebrated a milestone moment for husband, Nick Jonas, and his brothers. The TCL tradition dates back to 1927, with many legendary actors leaving their prints in the same courtyard. For the Jonas Brothers, who began performing as teenagers, it marked an emotional moment and proof of their long journey.     Priyanka stood by Nick throughout the ceremony, cheering for him and celebrating with the family. Photos and videos shared online captured the couple sharing a kiss on the red carpet, laughing together and posing proudly. Priyanka wore a fitted white gown with a high neckline, while Nick looked sharp in a grey suit.     The actor also expressed her happiness on Instagram, sharing a series of pictures from the event with a heartfelt caption. She wrote: “So proud of you @nickjonas You’re the most sincere, talented and definitely the hardest working person I know. And this is not even my bias speaking. Watching you up there with your brothers, cementing ( literally ) your legacy in Hollywood was such a proud moment for me. Thank you for always, including me and honoring me. He said, “Thank you for bringing me so much light, joy and perspective into my life.” He continued, “You inspire me, challenge me and support me in ways that make me better as an artist, father and a man. And I’m endlessly grateful to walk through this life with you. 不过，就在大多数西方国家毅然决然地追随美国，决定不派代表去俄罗斯参加这一重大活动之时，西方内部却有几个“另类”冒了出来。

据金羊网报道，法国、斯洛伐克和匈牙利等国派了代表前往俄罗斯出席就职典礼。一直以来匈牙利的对俄态度就不像其他欧盟国家那么强硬。至于斯洛伐克，该国新总理菲佐上任后，不仅反对乌克兰成为北约的一份子，还公然拒绝对乌军援。因此，这两个国家派人赴俄观礼怎么看都是意料之中的事。

倒是法国作为欧洲的“领头羊”，之前尽心尽力地为乌克兰提供军事援助，如今明着与美国“对着干”，派人参加普京的就职典礼，这波操作着实让人有些看不懂了。

总之，不管法国是出于什么目的派代表赴俄观礼的，在俄罗斯正惨遭西方国家孤立排挤的时候，法国这突如其来的“暖心”举动，可谓是给俄方送上的一份“大礼”。

需要特别指出的是，法国派人前往俄罗斯观礼之前，中法领导人刚在巴黎举行了会谈。

六 | 期间我方最高层表态称，中法应一同反对“脱钩断链”，携手推动平等有序的世界多极化，同时既要保持独立自主，也要共同避免阵营对抗。

而在回应中方的表态时，法国总统马克龙则表示愿和中方一道捍卫多边主义和国际法，希望中法深化多领域务实合作，愿就全球性问题与中国密切对话合作。

而中法领导人会谈结束不到24小时，马克龙转头就给俄罗斯送上了这份“大礼”，不用猜也知道，美国那边必定是着急上火。而美方的焦虑，恐怕也不只是马克龙几乎同时向中俄抛出“橄榄枝”这么简单。

最重要的是，通过法国与中俄的这一轮互动，拜登政府预感到自己最担心的事情看来要发生了。原本美国不断地炒作“中俄威胁”，就是企图让欧洲错把中俄当成“最大对手”，好撺掇欧盟对中俄下死手，将我们逼到墙角削弱打压我们。

但是现在，中方以法国为突破口，加强与欧洲的联系和合作，而马克龙不仅展现出渴望继续强化中法间的交流合作，还有意改善法俄关系，这也就意味着美国欲制造阵营对抗，利用欧洲把中俄打趴下的策略，有很大可能会以失败而告终！
